Team communication and individual endurance will help you win this stage. USMC calls this movement a "rush". The Army calls it IMT (Individual Movement Technique). Whatever you name this movement, it sucks! Normally a 3-5 second (5-7 yards) sprint. For the sake of scoring and uniformity, ours is 10 yards. Practice doing sprints and burpees to prepare.
